In the heart of our village named Venzolasca, located more than 200 meters high, and where we have placed our bee population, we have hazelnut orchards.
They permitted our elderlies to subsist during shortage periods.
These hazel trees are naturally irrigated by a stream, all of them preserved from pollution.
Maintenance and picking are always done by hand, which permitted us to benefit, in addition to the IGP label, of BIO label.

Our hazels are then dried, unshelled and roasted by ourselves. This accomplishment permits us to conserve the natural flavour of that fruit.

The result of the mixture of the best ingredients of first choice, and without adding any palm oil or artificial flavors, is our delicious paste to be spread called “NUCELLINA”.
